Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:
• The product is unused and unopened
• The product is in original packaging
• The item is in the same condition it was delivered

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Opened or used cosmetic products
• Products without original packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
• A claim must be filed directly with the shipping courier
• Customers must provide tracking information and
supporting documentation.
Sooo Pro Cosmetics is not responsible for damage caused
during courier transit, but we will assist customers in
providing the necessary shipment details for claims.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment
method once the product has been received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
